The class group page will show a quick overview of class activities and progress:
A visualization of student activity in each course lesson is displayed in the ‘Activities’ panel.
Each coloured square represents a lesson in the course curriculum. The color of the square will be darker / more saturated when more of the students have read the particular lesson. A light / less saturated color is displayed when fewer, or none, of the students have read that lesson.
By hovering the cursor over a square in the progress visualization, the tooltip will indicate which lesson it is:
By default, the activities panel shows the overall class activity (all students). By selecting a student from the dropdown menu, you can see the activity of that particular student:
Here, the panel only shows the activity statistics of one selected student:
By clicking the ‘View Details’ link in the top right corner of of the Progress panel in the class overview page, you can view a detailed breakdown of the student progress:
Note that students that have not accepted the invitation yet will not show up in the progress details.
You can filter on both a particular topic, and/or a single student to see their specific progress in one or more topics by using the dropdown selection at the top of the page:
You can view student exam results by selecting one or more students using the checkboxes at the left hand of the student table and clicking on the ‘View Exam Results’ button:
Please note that a few of the management actions are not available for students that have not yet accepted the invitation to the class group, including the ‘View Exam Results’ action. Make sure to only select students who have already accepted the invitation.
The ‘View Exam Results’ action will bring up a table with the exam scores of the selected students:
